To all Club members
Please find attached formal notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Club, which is to be conducted by electronic means, during the period 27 July – 3 August 2026 inclusive. The meeting is being called by the Executive Committee in order to exclusively address a specific matter.
The voting ‘window’ will provide eligible Club members with an enhanced opportunity to submit their votes, via a special page within the Members’ Area of the Club Website. Richard Filer has presented a comprehensive instruction guide on the procedure and this is also attached.
On 4 August 2026, the outcome of the meeting will be issued in writing by the undersigned.
