Tuesday 17th March is the Day!!
As required by Natural England our Lake Manager, Paul Edwards, will be draining and refilling both the North & South Lakes between March 9th & Tuesday 24th March. Keep you eyes open for the exact times on these days as some racing may be available on these days. However all racing will be cancelled between the 10th – 23rd March inclusive.
While the Lake is empty, as usual there will be a Working Party, on Tuesday 17 of March, to clear out detritus from the bed near to the banks. If you are willing to help with this, would you kindly sign up on the sheet in the Clubhouse and turn up on the day, with your gloves, wellies & grappling hooks (for the odd supermarket trolley recovery!)
