RC Laser Challenge Ladder 2016

Throughout the 2016 Season the RC Laser Challenge Ladder competition will be run on the following basis.

1. The aim is to try and reach the top of the table.

2. On any Laser Race day anyone can challenge the nearest boat above them in the table that is racing that day to a match race.

3. If that skipper is unable to take on the challenge, then the nearest boat above them, who is also racing can be challenged etc.

4. The challenge racing can be carried out either after the days normal racing, or during tea break whichever is agreeable to both skippers.

5. If the challenging boat is successful they move directly above the challenged boat.

6. If anyone is not available or able to take a challenge for 4 or more consecutive events then they will move below the nearest challenger.

7. More than one match race can be sailed at the same time with the pairs of boats starting at 2 minute intervals.

8. If you have a successful challenge please note the sail numbers of the winning and losing boats on the daily schedule.

9. At the end of the year we can award a prize to the skipper at the top of the table.
